Assisted travel on Green Line 757

We are pleased to advise our customers that the Green Line 757 coaches are now all fully accessible to enable wheelchairs users to take advantage of our service..

We will do all we can to ensure that an accessible coach is prepared and available for your specific journey. To allow us to do this customers must give at least 24 hours notice of the specific journey they intend to use so that the seating is removed to allow room for a wheelchair.

Please call the Green Line hotline on 0844 801 7261 between the hours of 0700 and 2100, seven days a week, to make the necessary arrangements.

Wheelchair boarding and alighting is available at the following stops

Luton to London
Luton Station Interchange, Finchley Road; Lords Cricket Ground, Wellington Road; Baker Street; George Street; Marble Arch; Hyde Park Corner; and Victoria, Bulleid Way.

Some of the stops that Green Line 757 serves in central London are very busy and there may be times when  kerbside availability, poor or illegal parking by other road users and the presence of street furniture may impede the vehicle’s position for correct deployment of the wheelchair lift.  Where this is the case, the ability to board or alight a wheelchair user safely is subject to driver discretion although drivers are encouraged to take any reasonable action they can to enable a wheelchair user to still use the service despite the reduced level of accessibility.
